Through all the years you have been my mother, I have never doubted your love for me.
As an adult and a mother now,
I can appreciate all that you did for me to make my childhood so much fun.
I always thought as a child that I had the best mother ever!
However, I know that those teen years were pretty rough.
You proved your faithfulness in love to me, and you showed me what trusting in the Lord
really looked like. I may not have understood it then, but I do now.
As our boys grow and make choices, not all of which I will agree with, I pray I can show them the same grace and mercy you showed me along the way.
I am so very grateful that the Lord had chose you for me.
