this was a big step for me.
i'm a procrastinator to the enth degree.
not sure why?
forgetful or lazy, perhaps.
either way, i finally drug myself down to the DOT,
which really was not a bad experience as feared.
big, big building with all kinds of rooms and services.
i found my way without too much difficulty. (yay!)
got 'er dun and off i drove with my "new" temporary license.
i felt so...legal. so...back. back in PA.
weird.
i'm happy we are back. not sure if i could've said that
a few months ago.
but i can now.
i can say it with confidence.
here - listen
"I'M BAAAAAAAAAAAAACK!"
God is truly amazin', yes He is.
HE brought us back.
back to love the people of the commonwealth.
it's an honor, a privilege to share the good news with the commonwealthians.
love ya'll.
whoops. the south is rising a bit.
ha! don't worry...it won't.
we won. but they won't admit it.
so the temporary stamp across my new sparkly PA license got me thinking.
the one and only way i was able to move back here, leave all i had come to love,
was to remind myself, this place, earth, is t-e-m-p-o-r-a-r-y.
meaning, i ain't home yet.
whew! because if this was all i had to look forward too and then
nothing, i'd be super really bummed out and disappointed.
people, listen up! God has so much more for us than what we are
running in circles chasing here on earth.
this is not our home, if we are children of God.
home is in heaven..eternity with Him. The maker of heaven and earth.
wow.
