It was hard. We've been in their lives and they in ours since 1999. Seemed so strange that they were staying or strange that we were leaving. We had a great last day together - just the four of us. Oh well, and the kiddos, of course. We reminisced and reaffirmed our love for each other and promised to keep in touch until the Lord brought us together again. We love you Mitchells and are so thankful for our sweet friendship.
